Jesus loves little children, and so do we at First Baptist Church! There is a place for you in the Preschool & Children's Ministry!


Our mission in the Preschool, Children, & Family Ministry of First Baptist Church is to foster a desire in every child to explore a personal relationship with God.


Our goal is to assist and equip parents, children, and the church community as a whole with the necessary resources and skills to reach children effectively on every level of development.


Our focus is to develop relationships and an understanding of God's Word that provide us with practical answers to meet needs in the lives of our children and families.

  • Sunday School

    • We have Sunday School classes for children of all ages. Classes meet from 9:45–10:45 A.M.
    • For the safety of our children, all children must be checked in and checked out at the Registration Desk by a parent/legal guardian.

  • preschool worship

    • Sundays at 11 A.M. in the Children's area
    • Children will spend part of their hour in Bible Time where they will hear a story from God's Word, do crafts and play games that will help them remember what they learned! During the remaining time, children will have fun in Explore Time where they can play and learn together!
    • Birth through Pre-K

  • kids worship

    • 2nd and 4th Sundays at 11 A.M. in the Studio
    • During Kids Worship, children will get to experience the truth and story of God's Word on their own learning level. Through worship, games, science experiments, scripture memory and more, kids will learn more of who God is and how much He loves them!
    • Kindergarten through 6th grade

  • Kids Choir

    • Wednesdays from 6-7pm
    • Children will spend the hour learning what worship is and how we can use the gift of music to praise God!
